Michaela Harris
Managing Director
Michaela looks after the purse strings of the Company and ensures that the Business Plan is being delivered. Michaela is also responsible to implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organisation and to give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organisation's philosophy, mission, strategy and its annual goals and objectives.
Prior to working at V8Media, Michaela managed programme values to £200,000 in the public and private sector. Michaela achieved consistent delivery to customer satisfaction.
On a personal note Michaela dreams of retiring at the grand old age of 40. The retirement plan is to migrate to somewhere hot and be waited on hand and foot - only 5 years to go!
Dafydd Owen
Visual Designer
Dafydd is responsible for designing the look and feel of our websites . He looks at all of the requirements to a brief, along with discussing the process thoroughly with his clients to find a solution that fits all of the required criteria.
Still a relative newcomer to the web design world, he graduated from Hereford College of Arts in 2009 and has since worked as both a Graphic and Web Designer. He is looking forward to an exciting year and cannot wait to learn some new tricks!
When Dafydd is away from the computer (which doesn’t happen very often) he enjoys discovering new music, new fonts and new ice cream flavours.
Natalie Sadler
Business and eMarketing Administrator
Nat is the Newbie at V8 Media. She has recently finished her studies at Hereford Sixth Form College, where she studied Communications and Culture and Travel and Tourism. Nat has a great interest in Marketing and Web Design and is excited to broaden her knowledge of these areas at V8 Media. Alongside working at V8 Media she hopes to complete a Business Studies Degree with the Open University.
In her spare time Nat enjoys spending time at the yard riding her horse Bailey and occasionally mucking out.

Claire Wozencroft
Sales Director
Claire is the public face of V8Media, regularly found networking at events (although we know this is mainly for her love of the all day breakfast!). Claire is responsible for the sales and marketing of V8Media and works closely with our clients to look at what they want to achieve from their web offering and how we can help.
Claire has worked on the ICT sector for over 15 years, 10 of those in sales and marketing.
When Claire isn't travelling the West Midlands and eating breakfast, she can be found running, trying to burn off the extra bacon intake! Once V8Media has succeeded in world domination Claire's next challenge is to run the New York Marathon which she plans to do in the next 2 years!
Rosalind Moore
eMarketing Specialist
Ros deals with website promotion, working hard to ensure the highest visibility for a website within search engines. Through liaising closely with clients and applying a detailed knowledge of how search engines work the best results are achieved. Ros also has a great interest and understanding of social media - and how it can be used effectively for businesses as part of a marketing strategy.
Ros has a literary undergraduate degree from the University of Glasgow and a Masters degree in Interactive Digital Media from Trinity College, Dublin. Since graduating she has spent time working for one of Ireland’s largest commercial websites and also a music magazine.
Ros has a great passion for all things digital which she pursues both online and in the real world by attending various seminars and forums. Other more analogue interests include running (Ros is the latest recruit to the v8media Hereford half marathon team in May) and traveling. Perhaps the New Year could see the joining of all these interests in running to an overseas social media conference?
